Document Preparation Disclaimer

FP Mobile Notary is not a law firm and is not acting as your attorney. We are prohibited from providing legal advice or legal representation to any persons. Our company can only provide self-help services at your specific direction. You are representing yourself in your own legal matter. As part of our document service FP Mobile Notary includes a review of your answers for completeness, spelling, and grammar, aswell as internal consistency of names, addresses and etc.

Modifications

FP Mobile Notary will go through each document with you at time of service to ensure accuracy and approval. If for any reason, there is a minor error after review of the document at time of service. We will need all changes to be made in writing and signed by all parties on this contract.

In the event that there is an additional document that was not disclosed at time of booking, FP Mobile Notary has the right to charge for the additional service.

Indemnity Agreement

The client(s) who have agreed to these terms prior to scheduling services shall fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FP Mobile Notary LLC from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liability causes of action, loss, injury, and/or damage of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claim for property damage, monetary loss, personal injury), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any omissions, acts, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of the client(s) mentioned by FP Mobile Notary LLC, its officers, personnel, owners, agents, employees, volunteers, invitees, or contractors.

The indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all fines, penalties, awards, judgements, decrees, attorney’s fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to the above-mentioned client(s) by FP Mobile Notary LLC, for all legal expenses, fees, and costs incurred.

FP Mobile Notary has filed with the Secretary of State of Surety Bond in the name of FP Mobile Notary LLC in the amount of $25,000. Surety Bond Number: E707528 is issued by Great American Insurance Company and has an expiration date of September 28, 2024.

Integration

This document represents an agreement between the above-mentioned client(s) and FP Mobile Notary LLC. The agreement is effective immediately on the service date contract. There are no other promises or conditions in any other contract whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this contract. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by each party. This contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

Payment

Payment must be paid in full at the time services are rendered.
